A gentle read with not a lot happening at times but I enjoyed this.

Set in an Irish fishing village in the 1970's.

#reading #books #bookstodon This book is classified as historical fiction so I found it odd that it revolves around a visit to New Zealand by Marie Curie which never actually happened. But for all that I found it an interesting and enjoyable read.
