@MamaLake@beige.party I don't know the words, but the message they hear tells them to trust the feelings in their bodies, and to believe in themselves to do great things. It tells them we believe they hold the power to enjoy a peaceful, happy, prosperous, thriving earth when they grow up, and to look at our mistakes just long enough to learn from, and not so long they assimilate to them. If I step into that gendered question, I'm unsure when I'll surface for air. I have enough understanding of masculine energy that I desperately want to write it all down. And enough of the picture makes sense that I almost see the entire point of masculine and feminine, and that shows me that I am still experiencing growth in this area. Perhaps the message is without gender, and balances messages of nurture (growth, divine feminine) and protection (wisdom, divine masculine). I do a lot of thinking on this, and have for months and months. One of these times, I will connect with my flow, and my inner world will spill out the words I know have been brewing. I feel them so close.

I should fly more. It's such a fun little thrill when TSA digs past my plant medicine to find the item that the machines flagged: a small sea salt grinder! 🧂 Is it POTS or is it witchcraft or is it sacrament? The gov't may never know! 🫠🪄✈️🌱🍄

I decided yesterday to allow The Universe to send me a pool. The Universe said, " and what else?" Then told me to complete the dream before I get my own pool. So I said a heated pool with a place for orgies, and The Universe laughed and told me to keep going, there's more. 🪄

Also, today's reading was spooky repetitive. Beyond logic. I fuqing love cards. And I fuqing love when they hum and sing like this, while I try to see what's probably right in front of me, and I'm too close to see. 😂

Ooh, this has been a beautiful morning, so far. I've spent the time remembering my sources of joy, and holding gratitude for the abundance around me. I've unlocked new body feelings that I can explore more deliberately now. And I've gained wisdom and clarity about messages that The Universe has been sending to me. Another hour before the sun and moon rise, longer before they show over the Wasatch mountains. With this hour, I will dig more deeply into my sources of joy, to focus my attention there.

The Universe tells you its time to purge. Do you know the first thing you're tossing?

I was asked a rhetorical question on Saturday that has stuck with me. What do you love enough to *have* power for? The instant answer was that I love myself enough. And the longer answer is kind of the same, but with lots more words and feelings attached to specific descriptions. 🪄

I found dark chocolate Kit-Kats from Japan at the imports deli. And also Half Baked at the gas station. 20 miles of biking is a lot for this body, even on an ebike. My body is deliciously tired. And my lower back complained less about biking today than it did yesterday.

I got pretty raw with my BF tonight. I told him I was done sitting in the old stories of his hurt with him. That I am here ready to build a solid relationship, but I am going to walk away from his nightmares every single time. That I love him too much to continue validating that path like it makes any sense. And a whole bunch of stuff kind of like that. His response was pretty mucj "I hear you" (and also turned on), rather than anger or hurt. I even uninvited him to a wedding this weekend, and my only explanation was that we aren't vibing in a way that I want to distract my attention from the wedding. He didn't panic or get hurt feels. Expectations: they'll blow your mind once you grok how they work, and see them in action. 🤯🪄🦄

My spiritual guide led me to The Emerald Podcast today. I've spent my evening listening to the On Trauma and Vegetation Gods episode, and more. I will be returning often for this beautiful medicine. And that led me to discovering new magic music! Marya Stark had me at Faeries, but then this song Water into Water felt like a direct gift to me from the gods. I've been listening to Ram Dass, at the suggestion of my mentor. I've found many spiritual guides recently who say things that resonate as True. Inner Wisdom that often isn't reflected by words or deeds in the world around me, and yet I just Know these things inside my soul when I hear them or read them. And I am so thrilled with what I've heard from Ram Dass, so far. None of what he says feels discordant inside of me. Much of it rings loudly as Important and True. And some of it feels like an opportunity to grow, as I evaluate what it would feel like to believe certain things from this new perspective that I have gained. I don't find it difficult to suspend disbelief about anything I have heard him say, yet. It feels very natural to let go of any biases I've been handed that contradict what he says. I've started with the Fear, Anger & Love Collection, available on Libro.fm. I look forward to a much deeper dive into his works! 🎧📖

I had a glimpse of my future today: I had the pleasure of experiencing a sound bath today, with a microdose of DMT at the beginning. Absolutely glorious, uplifting experience! 12/10 would recommend! 💯 I cannot wait to experience my next sound bath paired with larger doses of this plant medicine! I shared my vision of future bliss with the right person, who has already set the event into motion, and in the perfect setting! And I have really enjoyed getting reacquainted with the spirit molecule, this past week. I've been so curious since my 2012 encounter with DMT, and I have finally been able to find a way to safely explore it again. When I was a 16 kid in the rural Ozarks (and still in fear of plant medicine), I remember reading a newspaper article about the use of cannabis by a native American group for religious/spiritual use, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993. It's so fantastic that 30+ years later, the same laws that protected their use of plant medicine still protects my use of psychedelic sacrament today (and also that I'm no longer holding onto any unfounded fears of plant medicine). 🍄🌱 Now that I'm more inform, I find it wild that I allowed myself to fear a substance I already make in my brain. We don't get many glorious lightning shows in SLC, so I love nights like tonight. I was having a massive moment for the beginning of the storm. I'm not even sure what I was saying (yelling with the sky) but my whole body felt like it was channeling the energy, right through the peak of the storm as I drove toward the SL,UT from Farmington, watching the light streak across the sky. It was wonderful!!! ⛈️🌩️⚡ I called the VT Teddy Bear and asked to him (a nature photographer!!) take a pics since I couldn't. But he didn't! 🙀 And then my dearest friend, Éva, sent me this one - she must have heard my request! ♾️

Last year, I was on a road trip, driving after the sun had set. I experienced a moment of eternity as I met the eyes of a doe as my car passed her on the road. The deer was running across the road, when my car cut her off from her path. As I passed her our eyes met, impossibly. I felt death's breath upon my neck, as the doe chose stillness in order to gift me with life. I think of her often, when death or fear linger in my presence. I think of how my understanding has shifted. My thoughts first told me that a deer had almost killed me. It took time for me to then understand that I hadn't almost been killed by a deer. I had it backwards - I had almost killed a deer. With time, I have come to understand that this doe looked into my soul and that life chose me that night. Over the following weeks, as I prepared for Winter Solstice, this deer's blessing began to manifest. My awakening experience at solstice was so heavily influenced, perhaps even inspired, by this doe on a road somewhere in Wyoming. The gifts she gave were many. I know now that I do not ever have to choose fear. And that life chooses me back. Thank you, sweet doe. For everything. 🦌🙏💜

I had a robin choose to make her nest near me, earlier this spring. It was so much fun to watch her check me out and decide to make her neat above where I had been sitting daily. There are magoiesbthat have lived here for a few years, and I'd been planning to make friends with them this year - but when the robins caught my attention, I decided to leave the magpie adventure for another time. This morning, one of the magpies were playing on my doorstep and I was reminded of this goal. I'd love to hear from someone who has made friends with their corvid neighbors. I'm especially curious: do they respond well to requests for their photo? Since I began this practice, I've had some animals that tell me no pics in a very clear way, and others that seem excited to play with the camera, like the ospreys last week. I'm guessing I'm not the only one with this experience? Any chance that someone reading this has advice for asking magpies for consent to take their pics? Or even generally conversing with them? I'd love any info anyone wants to share. I only figured out a few months ago that this "game in my head" about talking to critters was actually real, and that there's some level of mutual understanding that comes from honest attempts to communicate. So now I'm curious what the things I don't yet know are. (And if you haven't tried this magic yet, next time a wasp or bee is interested in you, ask them "please leave me alone" or something like it, out loud. Both of my vehicles are out of commission. My SUV got totaled out by insurance, and I'm waiting for that money to repair the brakes that went out on my truck a month ago, while I was hauling The Imaginarium through a canyon. I am blessed with abundance, and have had a car to borrow, every time I've asked. There were no injuries or close calls with either the SUV transmission blowing up, or the 6 month old brakes failing. I am reassured of my safety in any situation, by this experience. The Universe puts roadblocks in my way, and I finally see that they are there to guide me on a different path. I used to think I was stuck until they cleared, with no other choices. My experience of anything is always up to me, and a little perspective will illuminate a new path, every time. It's beautiful to know that when I feel uncomfortable, I can simply look the other direction to feel joy and delight.

I watched a beautiful sunset from the shore of a pond, where I'd just experienced Ram Dass' Theraveda meditation. I was blessed with 3 deer on my (nighttime) bike ride back from the park along the Jordan River Parkway. The first one had a big ol' rack in top and I passed by not 3 feet from him, because I'd been staring at the glorious spectacle the moon was making. I could have touched his antlers. Right there, just munching on wild grasses, waiting for me. I just whispered "oh, hello, dear" ask passed and hoped he might appreciate the pun. I went into a Mexican grocery on the corner for the first time, and now I get to eat spicy guacamole for dinner. With some eggs on the side. #3GoodThings

I keep experiencing these waves of anxious energy, this morning. I usually just decide external negative energy doesn't belong to me, and it clears. I learned this magic a couple of months ago, and have had a lot of practice since. Today, it's taking more deliberate effort to clear, and is returning quickly and suddenly. This reminds me of when I was first learning that I can use my body to hold and mind to clear energy. I suppose this means I have new lessons to learn. Yay! None of my anxieties are real, although I do understand that if I give anxieties attention, that is how they manifest. The message I received from tarot this morning was: Celebrate with gratitude; it's all about to change.

Ok, but now there's a full on pattern to the 10 of Swords teaming up with the High Priestess, specifically on this trip, but also going back to readings before I hopped on a plane. Guess I'll be doing some digging to find out what I'm supposed to let go of or transform. Though paired with the message of "but trust your intuition" as it is, this is like telling myself "hold for a surprise!" But like, I'm flying out in a few hours, so guess I'll patiently not expect anything to change at any moment. Got it. 🙃🫠😂 #Tarot
