This is incredible. I've seen a guy in Maine, on the US East Coast, who has greenhouses on rails so they can be 'stacked' in the colder months to hold onto heat.
But, doing this 'low-tech' geothermal is great idea. I wonder how large the system needs to be to remain effective.. If I built one more 'home' sized, would there be enough below grade surface area..

Working on site today in an office in Burlington, VT. It's April, but it's been snowing almost all day. Spring snow, so it's not making a mess of the roads, etc., but there is an inch or two on the grass.
I can hear yelling outside.
I peek out the window to see a woman turn around and just start screaming. Looked like she perhaps had a run in at a cross walk, or with someone on a bus.
Then, I hear what she says: "I F***ing hate you Vermont".
Not sure she's liking the weather...
