@EvilSandmich@poa.st @Terry@poa.st Former Navy fag here. The navy decided several years ago to start testing the theory of reloading VLS cells (the missiles) at sea several years ago. It was a capacity they decided they need for a prolonged conflict with China. The process is very dangerous and not implemented yet. Also requires specialty equipment not standard on USNS supply ships. On both my deployments we loaded up with our weapons stateside and then that was it. Bahrain has never been a weapon station and mayybbeee they could get Djabuti to work but I doubt it. It's a pretty primitive base. The only place they can reload right now is back in the 7th fleet in Asia or in Rota Spain. (lol goodluck with that in Spain thanks to orange retard). But yeah if Iran starts launching prolonged swarm attacks at destroyers doing escort duty they're toast. Out of missiles and they're done. https://news.usni.org/2024/10/15/navy-conducts-first-successful-tests-reloading-missiles-and-rearming-warships-at-sea
