This was a reference made to my husband re the chant that came out of MN while noem was in charge of shooting Americans in the face.
I am omitting any explicit reference to that chant so as not to further offend. If anyone wants to understand origin of the chant, search “Kristi Noem is a bird-legged…” and you can find out.
