Just signed up for a Time of Use electric tarrif. Looks like we can save 20-25% on our bill. The big surprise was how low the cost of electricity is during the early afternoon. I guess it's solar and low demand.

We see them from time to time on our path, weighed down with military grade optics. When greeted with a cheerful 'hi!' and a smile we get a frown, or get blanked entirely.
