as much as I think I really could sell stuff as #cryptoart (and I really need some influx of non libre money now) , I just can't support the idea of all the energy (aka pollution) cost of those transactions made with "proof of work" blockchains ... :

for any transaction, Ethereum is using more than 30KW/h, so the same as I would use to cut ~10-15 1.25x2.5m wood boards with my CNC to make like 30 chairs or 6-8m of wall shelves

that amount of energy consumed _just_ to pay for the artwork is 🤮

@ferrydanini@piaille.fr I'm actually stunned of the poor job on the scenario : this Moriarty could have been a true anti-hero, fighting the bourgeoisie/patriarchy, helping the cause of the other women with true sorority not anger, nor responsible for gruesome murder while helping confounding the true mass murderers (the capitalists) But they prefer to spoil her in a false "villain" rôle, taking the blame for the real monsters. cliché of a true nightmare for the wealthy : the revolt of the servant

@ferrydanini@piaille.fr I just seen it and I agree with this analysis : it's a typical re-appropriation of workers fights and gains by the bourgeoisie (here the Holmes family re-imagined) in order to change a lost battle into a moral gain and also : the attribution of the villain to a triple time oppressed person voicing it's hunger for justice (spoken as playful revenge) but showed as a "bad person" is ... 😱 (racist, misogynist, classist, ... ) (I'm no historian but know about workers fights in belgium)
