France has very strong laws about this: if there was a mistake and an item was mispriced, then the customer can choose the paid price (either the displayed price or the actual price). Otherwise the company can be fined up to 15 000 € : https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/codes/article_lc/LEGIARTI000032227013 Furthermore the law is really clear: the medium in which the price was displayed doesn't matter. If you let an AI fix the price, one has to accept the consequences (or be fine with paying large fines).
