Vodafone: Sorry. Can't help. You're not the account holder.
Me: But.... i'm paying for this every month?
Vodafone: Yeah. No. Data protection. If you can get the Account Holder on the line, we can talk to them.
Working public services is... neat. Because what do you mean you have a web chat service, a ring back service, and the person I am dealing with is polite, friendly, and helpful.
Wonder what they're going to do when they run out of my ideas?

Deep, heavy, sigh.
I consolidated multiple documents into "one true source" and asked someone for their amendments.
They replied, promptly, with another document....

Actual conversation with a client's PPC agency.
Them: We ran out of Money on Facebook so the campaign stopped mid-month.
Me: Based on the past three months, was Facebook or Google more effective?
Them: Oh. Facebook. By far.
Watched an amazing video which shared how people "knew" there was an afterlife.
Inspired, I asked my friend to send me a sign that she has made it to the other side and is well.
No sign received.
I am consoling myself that she is probably too busy catching up with her Mom, who I know she dearly missed.
I woke up with a HUGE zit this morning. So weird.
