Yet. 2) Got cleaned up, packed, and out of the hotel before their water was shut off. 3) The afterglow of our cruise vacation has kept us both in good spirits despite today's many hassles.

#3GoodThings #ThreeGoodThings 1) Lidocaine patches are helping with the shoulder pain caused by a pinched nerve in my neck 2) Met with the hematologist. High iron levels in blood not causing fatigue. May be a genetic condition. More blood work and a genetic test in process. May need liver MRI. 3) Whatever is going on with blood iron should not delay knee replacement surgery.

#3GoodThings #ThreeGoodThings Haven't done this for a couple of days because the constant pain caused by a pinched nerve in my neck has me stuck in my recliner and is messing with my mood. The meds aren't helping and PT does not start till tomorrow. I'll give this a try anyhow. 1) My daughter and her fiancée have a tentative date and place for their wedding: Nov. 2027 in Puerto Vallarta. Looks like it will be virtual. Not my ideal but it's not my wedding. 2) The cortisone shot in my left knee last week also dulled the pain in my neck long enough for me to go get my CPAP machine. I think its helping but it's hard to tell because of the pain. I may have more energy but there's little I can do with it. 3) OTC sleep aid antihistamines to help deal with the pain and the CPAP mask

#3GoodThings #ThreeGoodThings 1) Got my CPAP machine. 🤞it helps. 2) The cortisone shot in my knee worked pretty well. Was able to take a .33 mile walk without too much pain. It also helped with the inflammation in my trapezoid, except for when I drive. 3) The cortisone side effect headache has finally cleared up.
