Im a chronically ill trans girl living with my trans boyfriend. We're struggling to make it paycheck to paycheck right now, I'm getting sicker, and our housing situation is becoming more hostile every day. We need to get out soon. We're trying to get in touch with a social worker who will hopefully help us with food and housing. We just need some help with the basics right now. Food, clothes, medicine.
