So, DEL2-Finale erfolgreich nachgeguckt.

@moof @transitous @traewelling Karlsruhe and Pforzheim are Hbf, but not Hbf (oben) (which translates as „Upper Level“, meaning the terminus above ground)… There is also Stuttgart Hbf (tief), the Tunnel Station for the S-Bahn. DB also changed Stuttgart Hbf to Stuttgart Hbf (oben) two (?) years ago, including Internal timetables and the signage, but not their public timetable, which is a bit confusing. The new Stuttgart Hbf (without supplement) will be the Stuttgart 21 mainline Tunnel which was planned to be open in 2025…

@_Hemmschuh @maartje Paris - Karlsruhe Pass 2 (so ticket for DB and Reservation for SNCF) is always cheaper then Pass 1, so is cheaper then 20€ SNCF supplement

@moof @smveerman @traewelling sure. I just wanted to explain how the things go. Hauptbahnhof Oben is usually only used by the Routenplaner of Stuttgart Integrated Transport who only have this Single Hauptbahnhof (and in Stuttgart itself anyone will say they Go to Hauptbahnhof and not Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof). Its just a Problem of data aggregation (which @transitous should solve, obviously)

@moof @transitous @traewelling technically, Karlsruhe Hbf and Pforzheim Hbf are not Hbf (oben), Stuttgart is. Some local data sources use the „oben“ to give a indication that the mainline rail Station is meant, and as they are lical the town name is missing.
Some of the challenges when aggregating data :)
