@LunaDragofelis@void.lgbt in my experience, laser has worked pretty well, but I'm almost perfect for it (white skin and dark hair). If I recall correctly, there is a *chance* of the hair coming back from laser, but I don't think it's that big. The other big factor is convenience. If you're getting rid of *a lot* of hair, try laser first. Electrolysis will take so much longer, and hurt more for longer, too.
