npm 11.2.0 is out. It will now warn you when you have provided it with config or cli flags that it doesn't have any definitions for. You can also now interact w/ the npx cache. npx will also now update to the latest version in a range if one is given and you are running from the npx context itself (so not a local or globally installed package).

The re-addition of the "node-gyp" config didn't make it into this release, but the PRs are up and in review, so next time!
