@MichalBryxi @adhdjesse This is my main struggle as well. I think that fits in the executive function challenge of “Task Inititation”. The gap from “thinking about doing thing" to "doing the thing" is a grand canyon to me.

I bring my kid to a local barber shop. You can make appointments online but I suspect this is fake.
You make the appointment and when you get there you will get asked about it so you can confidently say “I have an appointment!” but nobody checks anything. Just a mental note they have for working down the queue of people waiting. Might as well not have one. Doesn’t matter. It’s your turn when it’s your turn.
