Seeing these well-known actors, I am reminded of an incident that Dana Gould's recounted. He was in an acting class at U. Mass. Boston that was graced by a visit by one Vincent Price. Price spoke for awhile about craft, and was well-received, until one guy emitted something like 'Yeah, but what were you doing in all those crappy movies you made!?'
Price didn't miss a beat before responding with 'What was I doing? I was _working_!'.

Have you ever seen the comic "Kaijumax"? Kaiju and cryptids and giant robots who commit crimes are sent to Kaijumax, where the guards are all Ultras.
As happens sometimes, one of the guards ends up having an affair with one of the inmates….
I may have said this about another monsterdon movie, but:
I'm amazed at how much nothing can be packed into this.

I was just trying to think of the most absurd follow-up to the very serious "Wolfen" that I could…I guess that actually would be "The Howling IV: The Marsupial", whose ending I once caught by accident.

The General, maybe, played the evil Daoist priest in "Robot Vampire", which I think used some of the same (New Territories?) location, and the same device of minimising the amount of monster effects needed by instead favouring a police/Army battle against terrorists/narcotraficantes, I guess because squibs are inexpensive.
