In light of revision of @ecb@respublicae.eu Ethics Framework, we suggest:
- Better monitoring of ex-staff's compliance with ethics obligations
- Banning former senior staff from lobbying former colleagues for 1 year
- More staff subject to stricter cooling-off requirements
