The waters of garden city Amsterdam West are a complete dump. I love to pretend otherwise but it has always been a downer while paddling. Greatest hits: empty pressurized gas containers, scooter share helmets, children's toys, balls and of course shopping carts. @mrbruno@mstdn.social Yes, lots of food and drink related trash near the parks and benches. Once found a golf disc bobbing around with a phone#. Got in touch and learned that floating ones are considered more of a gimmick. Still stuck it in their mailbox :)
