Hank Green used ChatGPT to find sources, said so, and admitted he'd leaned on it too hard. That's a retraction. And the internet is furious at him for issuing one. Sit with that. We're roasting the guy who corrected himself.

Hank Green has his reasons, but I can't imagine one of those reasons not to be forthcoming about his use of AI would be to avoid *precisely* what *actually* happened when he was! He's not a bozo with zero credentials. The addiction is real, yes - but these tools are insanely powerful in the right hands. I'd think, of all hands to be in, Hank Green's would be one of the most qualified. He's getting canceled for *no* reason other than not passing a nebulous purity test.

Hank Green is intelligent, talented, and knowledgeable. The way he chooses to use (or not use) AI is fine. Your attacking him for his use of AI is not.
