yes the peppers are close to each other, but that can help support, they do need some. maybe trim plants on the sides of the others.
Harvest lettuce young is fine and tastes better.
tomato needs a trim, cut away big leaves trough out the plant, new sprouts in the middle of plant, and bottom of stem can be cleared of all leaves and sprouts. They can use more support, before tomatos get bigger.

Innercity water does not do tides, also we are masters of controling water levels. we live below sea level.
