One of my old worldbuilding projects would be pretty perfect to convert into an analog horror series, if only I had any animation and video editing and voice acting skills. The general idea is that there's this entity or possibly a dead entity underneath the fictional town of Woodcarp, Ontario(?), that causes peoples' beliefs to manifest in reality. Urban legends and mythical creatures and monsters appear in the town because people believe in them, and there's this organization attempting to manipulate this phenomenon and the entity/the entity's corpse to their advantage

Next week I'm gonna be spending 5 days at the cottage with my sister and her friend, I'm basically there bc I know all the ins and outs of keeping things running at the cottage, but we're gonna be doing a bunch of cool stuff like going to a nature preserve and visiting a very cool town that has cool creatures but also is a very popular gemstone hunting locale (we have several rocks containing sodalite, a close cousin of lapis lazuli, we got once from an old quarry rock-dumping site that folks search for gems and minerals). Plus I'm sure we'll do a lot of cool stuff around the cottage, I know my sister will want to go to our favourite salamandering spots in search of cool salamanders, this is the best time of year for those kinds of salamanders!!!!!!

The Bendu from Star Wars Rebels is voiced by Tom Baker, the actor famed for portraying the Fourth Doctor. When I first learned this, I thought it kind of made sense for the Doctor to voice the personification of the neutral aspect of the Force. But now, I've made the opposite realization. The Doctor and The Bendu are complete and polar opposites. Both are incredibly ancient beings of immense power and vast knowledge, but what they choose to do with that time and power and knowledge is where they are different. The Bendu takes no sides in conflict, seeing it as futile. No matter which side wins a conflict, opposition will always appear and begin a new conflict, a never-ending cycle. In his mind, it is better to hide away and never stand for anything than to be embroiled in conflict after conflict. The Bendu is the personification of apathy. The Doctor always chooses a side in conflict, the side of life, the side that will save the most lives. Even in the smallest of conflicts, if he can make sure there is even one less body on the battlefield, he will do that. He has committed horrible acts in the name of preserving as much life as possible in the universe. He acts because all it takes to turn the tides of a conflict is one person, one person who cares enough to try to make a difference, and he will always try to be that person so that no one else has to. The Doctor couldn't be further from what The Bendu is.

JustGoron, famous for breaking the mechanics of Planet Zoo to create things that shouldn't be possible, was given three hours last Friday playing Planet Zoo 2 at the prerelease event. The first thing he did was break the game in like 10 minutes to put fish swimming in his hippo habitat, and a Frontier staff member saw this, and got the game director to witness this, who was shocked that Goron had managed to do this, in ten minutes no less. Then Goron played the first three levels of the campaign, and as soon as he got to drive the golf cart around a wildlife reserve, he immediately tested if he could run over the animals, then got the cart stuck in a swamp lmao
