J'ai pour projet d'installer un prototype de roue à aubes flottante de ma conception dans la "Calonne" en Normandie. Cette machine aura pour but de produire de l'électricité et ne nécessitera aucun ouvrage définitif pour son installation: elle flottera simplement sur l'eau et sera amarrée depuis la terre.
