I started watching #StargateSG1 almost three years ago & tonight I watched the series finale ‘Unending’. What a fantastic way to wrap up one of the greatest science fiction TV series in history. So much of Stargate was done right. I can now see why it is SO beloved by fans all over the world. The characters, the world building, the humor, the epic feel of it all. Awesome. 👏 The final scene is also great. Like the end of Next Gen, our heroes continue their mission to save the galaxy. Indeed.

Enjoyed S9 E17 ‘The Scourge’ #StargateSG1. A fun, creepy yet funny adventure w/ subtle character development plus a great guest appearance by R. Picardo

SG-1 babysits a group of dignitaries as they travel offworld when things go horribly wrong.

• Picardo’s Woolsy is growing on me like fun moss
• Teal’c & Cam’s apartment finding convo 😅 👍
• Love when a character goes through the Stargate for the 1st time (cue main theme)
• Five corn dogs, Teal’c?!
• Awesome Starship Troopers reference!

Okay S9 E13 ‘Ripple Effect’ might be my new favorite ep of #StargateSG1. The amount of logistics, clever writing and jaw dropping character appearances is just crazy awesome. It’s like Multiplicity on geeky steroids. 🤓 9.5/10

Just finished S10 E6 ‘200’ of #StargateSG1 and I have no words. Just a masterpiece of writing, acting and production. I loved every single in-joke, scene and self-deprecating reference. I laughed almost from start to finish, crazy amazing!

• Farscape, Star Trek & Oz, oh my.
• The Furlings. FINALLY!
• Invisible O’Neil Bwhahahaha!
• Puppet Gen. Hammond!! OMG!
• Browder suggesting they replace the beloved fan character with a new guy… 🤣

It was all just too good. Amazing 200th ep. 10/10 No notes 👏

Y’all keep saying Rodney grows on you but if he’s growing he’s a slowly creeping lichen. S3 E1 and I’ve never heard so much bitching and moaning from a fictional character ever. Near the end I was rooting for Ronan to push him out an airlock. 🤬 #StargateSG1 #StargateAtlantis

I saw two separate references to Ghostbusters in my timeline earlier today and then tonight who shows up in the latest ep of #StargateSG1 but Ernie Hudson. Some might say this is… spooky? But honestly, who you gonna call? 😅

Holy cow S9 E12 ‘Colateral Damage’ #StargateSG1 is fantastic. The premise isn’t original (kinda like a mash up of #StarTrek Voyager’s Thirty Days where Paris is forced to relive brutal memories + Minority Report) but Ben Browder’s acting here is amazeballs. He never got close to this intensity on Farscape and the man can ACT. Just a great performance and a creepy dark story that pays off in spades on multiple levels. Kudos to Ben, the writing and the directing. 9/10

I love how the panels that control wraith jail cell doors are conveniently located directly across from the prisoners and apparently are easy, destructible targets. #StargateAtlantis #StargateSG1

S2 E9 ‘Aurora’ was clever and fun. Shepard and team discover a sleeper ship of Ancients who may hold the key to defeating the wraiths.

• Finally a “holodeck” ep where main characters aren’t trapped. Refreshing 👍
• “Wow that wraith is HOT! Like really hot!” Duh, Rodney! 😅
• Rowan & Weirs’ brief chat about chess / abandonment was ROTFL
• Mitch Pileggi’s Col Caldwell is growing on me
• Love Teyla’s penchant for stalling technobabble 🤓

Wallace Shawn on #StargateSG1 ? Inconceivable!

Any episode of #StargateSG1 that quotes Buckaroo Banzai is okay by me. I approve! Strange seeing Ben Browder and Claudia Black not only together again but having to act like they don’t know each other. My brain is breaking ATM.

Watched the S8 finale of #StargateSG1 which was a hoot and now I’m on the S1 finale of Stargate Atlantis. I have to say the writing has been very clever tying these two series together. Atlantis has grown on me over the course of the season but I still wish Rodney wasn’t such an ass.

Yay! Claudia Black just showed up. #StargateSG1

You gotta love a good evil twin ep and S8 E11 #StargateSG1 ‘Gemini’ has it all in spades. Replicator Carter tricks the real Carter into helping her usurp the replicator leader & help make them invulnerable.

• Great job by Amanda Tapping playing both roles. Subtle differences & performances
• Kudos for not putting Tapping in an overly sexy, evil outfit. 👍
• Nice double twist ending w/ insights into Carter’s character
• Booo the missed opportunity to advance Carter/O’Neill relationship 😕
