I dislike the phrase "narrative". It's been so overused, but I suppose it does have it's use. In Swedish and large parts of the European media the narrative is constantly peddled that there are no alternatives to Microsoft and Google and that it will be hard, maybe even impossible? to switch from US tech to European tech.
