I've accepted that I'm an idiot who doesn't listen to instructions from my doctor and chiropractor. I was feeling better so I pushed a little harder with my exercises and activity, and today my #Sciatica is worse. Feeling stupid and my next appointment is Tuesday where I'll have to admit I didn't follow her guidance. My community dug up a time capsule that the Village buried 50 years ago, July of 1976 during the country’s Bicentennial, yesterday. This is what they discovered.
