So, I am kind of chuckling to myself and had a fuming knee perk reaction to this. Dark Souls comparisons are, especially ones transcend genres, typically quite hilarious. Mostly because it is just talking about difficulty or challenge. An almost sisyphean endeavour to "git gud". This is a bit more of an interesting comparison, to quote: "Theresia at times almost feels like a Soulslike; an experience where the player is made to suffer together with the protagonist of the game" But, is the suffering of a player through the medium of a character just emblematic of media in general?
