There are so many things that I hate about the new driver's licence in Alberta. Putting aside the most egregious parts, like having citizenship there for what other reason than making voting harder and discrimination easier, two aesthetic things have changed:

I was planning to never need to get a car license plate to avoid this stupid Alberta Strong and Free slogan but guess what? You can't avoid it. It's right there on the back of your licence. 🤢
