The countdown is on until my next operation in approximately a week. Preparations begin now, because everything takes 5 times as long with disability anyway, let alone additional pain etc. I'm nervous, but determined, and have a plan for the week that includes rest, and some time for creative things like journalling and reading, to take the edge off a little. The main thing I'm concerned about is being able to get ready meals for recovery, afford the meds I'll need, and also the taxi/uber to and from the hospital, which is quite far away-its hard work when there's no one to drive or care for me in person in that sense. I'm keeping that faith though that things will work out😁 I've made a pinned post with my Ko-fi for what I need to be able to get through it all(put in in comments here too).
