Il dato calabrese, alla chiusura dei seggi oggi alle 15, ha fatto registrare una affluenza pari al 22,34%, con un calo del 27,06% rispetto al 49,40% del settembre 2022. Non si tratta, comunque, dell'affluenza piu' bassa registrata in Italia. Sul podio anche il collegio di Terni, con il 14,51% nel marzo 2020, e Cagliari, con il 15,54 nel gennaio del 2019. Un termine di paragone più recente riguarda le elezioni suppletive del Senato nel collegio 06 della Lombardia (Monza-Brianza) del 22 e 23 ottobre 2023 per assegnare il seggio rimasto vacante dopo la scomparsa di Silvio Berlusconi. L'affluenza definitiva ai seggi (aperti domenica e lunedì fino alle ore 15) fu del 19,23%, mentre nelle consultazioni politiche precedenti aveva toccato il 71% (oltre 50 punti percentuali in meno).
