as a random website maker i feel a bit called out on point 10, but my only excuse is the fact that i don't have an easy way to see how my Great Static HTML Website #245895 will look like on a phone without first pushing it somewhere then to check my phone
and frankly i find adjusting my graphical vision to a mobile screen a real pain in ass tangled with my incompetence because i am this used to my way of doing things
but also i guess i'm not a foss developer and my sites are usually for my own enjoyment and not a public use service
