✨your weirdo friend✨

@SomeNYDude@mastodon.social I have looked into Buy Me a Coffee, but I'm not sure how to use it. I am a little on the fence about Wordpress, because apparently it's easy to hack. @wendythedruid@thistlenfern.org is hosting a collective on Beehiiv, and I need to prioritize transferring my stuff. Spoons are at an all-time low.

where the settler mind sees weeds, i see medicine, sprouting through the cracks and in the ditches. they're reminding you, even now, to come home.

As promised, here's a little personal something about me: I sew plushie dolls. I used to sew them all by hand but then I transitioned to a sewing machine. These are just a fraction of the dolls I've sewn-- and two of the three pics are from a craft fair my sibling encouraged me to join. The fact though is that there's no way to sell the dolls at a price point that makes it worth it, so I mainly sew dolls and give them away. Each doll has their own short story; I never repeat the same doll twice.

Well, now I see why people suggested I use #daisychainconvo and not #daisychain as a hashtag. Bless it.

@love@thistlenfern.org sometimes, when you don't watch porn, the porn finds you anyhow. lol.

@love@thistlenfern.org This shit right here is why they're trying to kill us. Their solution is to just let us die. I try to be solutions-oriented, but I'm terrified people will be so afraid of change that they're willing to just go along with millions of people dying in waves. We aren't even in El Nino. [trying to figure out how to use the ~ above my N].

Hey hey to everyone who's just joining Mastodon! First, thank you. Second, I wanted to let you know that this is where I'm going to be hosting convos about The Daisy Chain, so we can actually see each other and learn from each other.

This week, my goal is to set aside an hour a day to meet a very important writing goal for part 1 of my most-shared blog [and video series on mass-cooperation] The Daisy Chain #daisychain

RE: https://mastodon.social/@eff/117040074013230673 Hey, this thing from the EFF feels important. Good lord.

Is it just me, or can no one else see any images anymore? I can't see people's profile pics or the images they share. It's odd. @wendythedruid@thistlenfern.org, do you see this, too?

@thetnholler.bsky.social This lady is so fucking evil.

@SomeNYDude@mastodon.social Omgd it sucks so bad!

@SomeNYDude@mastodon.social TYSM! I love making them!

@QasimRashid@mastodon.social every accusation with these jerks is a confession. christofascists always project their sins onto others. this is why, as a two-spirit trans person, muslims have always had my unwavering solidarity. this mess has got to stop. it is reprehensible abuse, and people of conscience ought to stand up, because these fools want to control what every person believes and does. I rebuke it.

@goinfawr@mstdn.social right here

@love@thistlenfern.org these people are terrorizing everyone. it's really time to develop neighborhood gatherings at all hours. people who just sit out and look out for their neighbors. not watching them but watching out for and loving the neighborhood. enough is enough, but our options are on a razor's edge.

@love@thistlenfern.org facts!

@love@thistlenfern.org I love that you're doing that. I need to find myself a person in my neighborhood who has the wizardry you do.

@love@thistlenfern.org I think it's because it's going to have to come from us. We need a steampunk peace movement.

@love@thistlenfern.org jesus christ.

@love@thistlenfern.org agreed. good advice for people doing privacy and guardian work on #daisychain. I also think it might be good to have neighborhoods watch some niche movie and use references in it to refer to people and places to make it seem like nonsense anyhow. [These people are such assholes.]

@LofiPressWA@thistlenfern.org Do you have any resources you can share?

@LofiPressWA@thistlenfern.org I haven't! But we're on the same wavelength. I want to join a forager group where I'm at, and see out some permaculture advice. I agree with you about plants. That's why I want to know what "the weeds" are and what they can do.

@Emhumanity@thistlenfern.org love that book

@Emhumanity@thistlenfern.org Thanks, Em. I'm figuring it out, too.
