I feel the need to record audio of all my every day life. my mom gets into a VERY STUPID AND INCONSEQUENTIAL fight with me, then gaslights me saying I said things and did things some way AND NONE OF IT IS TRUE, but I heavily doubt myself, cause I have horrible memory, on top of trying hard to repress negative moments like this from my memory, by instinct.
I can't believe I'm waking up qnd instantly thinking about my ex and how happy our life would be rn.. a year ago I was the happiest I've ever been... living in mainland Portugal, waiting for her to come, so we could start a new, better life... but she decided she was done with me.... I still find it so weird how it all happened.... how did she go from "do you wanna go get married rn?" to this??? a 5+ year relationship, what the fuck happened?..... I need to not think about any of this, or I suffer.
I need to not think about anything related to the mainland - big shoppings, city, actual public transportation, etc.
why did she discard me so.... out of nowhere? we had such a great time ahead of us.... the best was yet to come, our lives were gonna improve so much....well I guess hers did anyways.....
meanwhile I'm stuck in this shit island with literally nothing to do, no friends to make, no chance at anything even close to intimacy, nothing. and there's so much more that absolutely SUCKS about living in such a remote place....
it's so fucked that I got to live my dream life for some months, only to get my ENTIRE LIFE flipped upside down...
how am I ever supposed to be minimally happy living here? it's not possible......
