Our events, more often than not, begin with an exercise where we ask attendees to write a question on an index card.
We break up into small groups and dot vote to find agreement in the questions these people want to discuss.
A facilitated conversation with the whole conference follows.
It sets the tone that the reason we are here is to connect as humans and discuss what’s going on in our worlds.
Kyle d’Oliviera taught us that More Feedback! (and more iterations) will lead to a higher quality feedback than focusing on trying to develop quality first.
