Don’t let anyone talk you out of that 30 minute cartography project. Those 2 hours may be the most rewarding 8 hours you ever spend 12 hours mapping.

Elements on OpenStreetMap are numbered sequentially and we recently hit a nice round number of ways.
Congrats to user Colbertson!

Y'all, we're all volunteers here just trying to have a good time. No need to be anything other than kind. Absolutely free to do and you won't look like a clown. It's win win.
Try this next time:
"The linked release notes seems to be incorrect. Here's the right link, thanks for sharing our project!"
My favorite portion of the How Did You Contribute page is the collection of "earned" flags at the bottom. It's a bit hard to tell what you're still needing so now we have OSM Vexillophile!
Open each region in a common editor or (if you need ideas about what to do) links out to MapRoulette, Osmose, or HOT tasking manager.
Explore the world a bit more and happy mapping!

Again, this isn’t it. Try again.
Feel free to copy and paste the message I already made for y’all. It’s right under your nose!

@jorieke@mstdn.social @mvexel@en.osm.town @dschep@mastodon.social yep! You can find a few bits of her commentary transcribed into issues in the repo. Gotta make sure it passes 6 year old Acceptance Testing.

@SK53@en.osm.town I admit I had a terrible time sorting out which tag to use. Do we have a better one? At least I hope I got the species tag in place correctly! 🫣
