V's new backend is now self hosted (can compile itself)!

Only one of the 4 new backends is self hosted so far: Clean C. It does direct V AST => C translation, like old V's main backend.

SSA C, SSA arm64, and SSA amd64 will be self hosted soon as well.

V now has SoA structs (Struct of Arrays memory layout) via the @[soa] attribute:

Veb, V's builtin web framework, now supports SSL natively!

V now has SSA, SSA => x64/arm64 backends, a linker built in V and a code signer.

As the result, a 2000 line test program is compiled in 8ms!

It's work in progress, self hosting is not possible yet. But once it is, it's going to be awesome!

V now has its own GC in pure V!

v -gc vgc .

Right now It's significantly slower than the default Boehm GC, but it's a good start.

The performance will be improved.

Having a GC in pure V is much better than relying on a C library.
