Released initial version `@vite-pwa/create-pwa v0.0.1` with all @vite@m.webtoo.ls templates (meta frameworks not included yet).

When using generateSW strategy you can omit workbox-* modules dependencies, workbox-build will inline them using importScripts (workbox-.js)
chromium bug? there is no way to see PWA icons at devtools on Chrome/Edge on Windows. Using Chrome 146.0.7680.72 (also failing with 145)
Screenshots requires the server to be running; otherwise the manifest page just shows a blank page with network errors (I'm not addding screenshot to the SW precache manifest).
