Happy New Year! 🎉 My theme for 2026 is #Sustainability in Practice. I'm connecting everything from how I approach my own productivity to how I can support environmental causes. Watch this video to learn how I'm putting this into practice in my @learnomnifocus@mastodon.social membership site and donating monthly to Biome Conservation. #OmniFocus
#Updatest is an excellent Mac app for tracking updates to Mac apps, and the app I chose to replace #MacUpdater (which is no longer in development). Updatest leverages Homebrew to track as many apps as possible and provides quick access to app details (e.g. developer, version).
I was a beta tester of Updatest and am impressed with the developer's attention to detail and openness to feedback.
Updatest was officially released today and is only $US9.99 until 2026-01-31: https://updatest.app
In celebration of World Monkey Day, here are a few photos I took during a very memorable trip to East Africa in 2011. Zabizbar red columbus monkeys are only found in Zanzibar, Tanzania, and it was a treat to see them up close in their natural habitat. #worldmonkeyday #monkey #zanzibar #tanzania

I'm very much looking forward to co-leading another session with the one and only Mike Williams, creator of Doing to Done, co-author of Getting Things Done for Teens and the former CEO of the David Allen Company. #GTD #DoingToDone
