@G6eorge @geekmomprojects I can't answer directly but what I can say is marimapper should work with pretty much any webcam and any position as long as a reasonable amount of LEDs are in view and overlap with the previous view. The unit tests pass with 9 leds in view with a 50% overlap

@kaybee335 you can use any webcam as long as it supports exposure control. And even if it doesn't, you can turn out the lights

@geekmomprojects could I ask how you installed it? If it was through pipx it should avoid the need for setting up new venvs manually
