@theleftistlawyer@mastodon.social We could amend the constitution to improve representation not by listing a bunch of quotas but by increasing the number of representatives and either creating very small districts or introducing proportional representation. I think there would be support across the political spectrum. For example, rural voters in Oregon are poorly represented, too.
