Today is ME awareness day.
I have seen my partner turn from a strong independent woman who write books and weightlifts, into somebody who needs a wheelchair to go anywhere as long as it’s for under 2 hours as that’s the size of her exhaustion window and has to spend the rest of the time lying down.
Be lucky with what you have.
Have spent the evening writing. Finally nailed down what I have been trying to set up in a way that makes sense. Have to write the other part of it and then I am done.

Oh. And the printer works.
Right. Off to Aikido and then finish off that bit of writing from last night.
