I've come to the conclusion that there's no more room to grow in my current role, so I'm looking to #getfedihired.
Nearly 30 years experience in backend web development. I spent the first half of my career in the Microsoft space (C#, asp.net, SQL server) but now very much prefer the classic LAMP stack and its derivatives. MySQL, Apache/nginx, Linux, Docker, bash scripting. PHP/Laravel, JavaScript, Python, CSS. Unit testing, UI testing via Pest, static code analysis, and porting legacy systems to modern frameworks. I've carried the devops mantle pretty heavily at my last few jobs, so I'm also pretty well versed on AWS. I've even been coming up to speed with Terraform lately. I've managed multiple CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, mentored junior developers, and built SDLC processes from the ground up.
Jeez, there's so much to list, I've probably left a few things out. I'm always interested in learning new tech and stretching my dev muscles, so let's chat.
