I've been testing Z.ai's GLM-5 for a few days. While it's very slow (they're out of computers), it isn't bad. But I just tried their chat UI, and the model immediately started to complain about the date in an article I shared. That it's currently not 2026, but 2025. Why does this keep happening? Is it really that hard to add the current date in the system prompt? #llm #ai

Really, every time I see someone saying "I use Gemini, it's great!" I feel like they're gaslighting me.
