This time on the show plans for the Podcast Double Wedding continue but as the stag-do approaches other problems are also building! Grizzly is back! Scraffy is back! It’s all go! We also go for dinner with Aunt Tappie and share some clips from some 1994 Sutton Park episodes! This episode can be found on Apple, Spotify, soundcloud and many other podcasting locations! #podcasting #Spotify #Apple https://on.soundcloud.com/3y4Lwbdgr2jPtcEvxa

SHY YETI RECURRING SONG OF THE DAY… WHEN WE WERE YOUNG - BUCKS FIZZ (1983) https://youtu.be/ThGD3wLpSLs?is=ZpXKVYMSIVyj-9wk Such a great tune which made the top 10 back in 1983. Still hard to believe that it’s a song by BF really, because it’s just so weird - and the iconic video is just so completely bonkers yet so wonderfully cheap; it passes the Yeti Test every time. I love it so much!!!

This time on the show Toppie is furious that Yeti Uncle John has been stealing some of his ideas for merchandising. Meanwhile, Paul dives into more bizarre Agony Aunt letters about weird gardening and soup-based podcasts and we also have a completely new special guest in our Extra material!#Spotify #apple #podcasting https://on.soundcloud.com/cMhOGChZJlHG3vNZLt

SHY YETI FILM OF TONIGHT… HITCHER IN THE DARK (1989) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hitcher_in_the_Dark

This episode on the show Paul and Toppie are all about the intrigue as Yeti Uncle John heads to a slightly sinister therapeutic group-meeting which he hopes will help him… but the others aren’t so sure! Meanwhile, Calum and Paul dip their toes into some poptastic magazines from late 1983/early 1984 to see what exactly was going on. #apple #Spotify #podcasting https://on.soundcloud.com/s13KwPPpVDEAw9rENB

SHY YETI FILM OF TONIGHT… LA PISCINE (1969) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Piscine_(film)

This episode sees Birthday Twin Andy and I exploring two vintage Australian TV series The Box and Cop Shop! There’s a lot to learn! https://on.soundcloud.com/O4vuYICQoKUAeUDwM6 #apple #Spotify #podcasting

SHY YETI FILM OF THE AFTERNOON… THE BLOOD BEAST TERROR (1968) Not a lot of terror yet, but lots of familiar faces - even Roy Hudd! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Blood_Beast_Terror

This time on the show it’s story-time as Mister Yeti reads to the listeners a story that he wrote in 1992, all about a flawed super hero called Nigel. The story has never been published, in fact it was hiding in Mama Yeti’s spare bedroom for 30 years. Enjoy! #Spotify #Apple #Youtube #podcasting https://on.soundcloud.com/nfaToPS6koLQiAehsv

SHY YETI TV OF YESTERDAY NIGHT… THE WHITE LOTUS - SEASON 2 (2022) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_White_Lotus_season_2 I managed to binge this season of 7 episodes in one go last night. I think I preferred it to season 1 which I felt slumped a bit in the middle. Season 2 introduces new characters and developed another storyline about half-way through which really kept up the interest; love the Italian location too.

SHY YETI TV SHOW OF TONIGHT… DIVISION 4 - A COUPLE OF MATES (1975) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0561660/?ref_=ttep_ep_9 A really great episode from the final (7th) season; the guest characters were very involving. In fact the episode before it was very good too and concerned a rather unhinged gentleman terrorising ladies from a dating agency. Division 4 also features Terence Donovan who recently passed away; I’m also watching his era of Cop Shop at the moment too.
