The AYN Thor is such a fun little device, here it is running Nura (postmarketOS)! With the 7.3 kernel plus a few patches.
(Plasma Bigscreen could be a pretty good match for this device if I can make it handle the dual screens well...)

Let’s go!! It’s a bit slow and the cursor is invisible (and unsurprisingly the controller buttons don’t do anything), but it’s working!
(btw this is an Anbernic RG35XX SP for those curious)
Got a DSpico, it has an example app which lets you use the DS as a USB Audio device, therefore I may have the worlds funniest DAC

Progress on the new Sineware cluster:

But yes, KRetro works! I should be able to get the controls working by removing some of the ROCKNIX specific dts patches, but that’s for tomorrow 😄
🤤
(you already know we’re clustering these bad boys)
Facebook Marketplace really knows me too well
New Youtube video! This time building a Kubernetes ARM cluster into a 10 inch rack, which will in the future be the new hardware hosting Sineware services! https://youtu.be/PZyLgjGNrJM

Draft MR up: https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/pmaports/-/merge_requests/6785
Doesn't produce a flashable image yet, but you can take a ROCKNIX image and replace the boot and root partitions if you want to try it out.

@espidev@fosstodon.org While it's not released yet on Plasma 6, it is hopefully now on it's way to being so!
RE: @AsahiLinux@social.treehouse.systems
You really ought to appreciate Asahi's attention to detail, they really do provide one of the best end-to-end Linux experiences!
@luci@twoot.site My condolences
Sineware services are now back online.
Apologies for the downtime, the host machine running nginx died unexpectedly (serves me right for putting off moving the nginx 😅 )

@telorand@universeodon.com To be clear this is a Anbernic RG35XX SP, not a GBA SP 😅

@thibaut_plg@piaille.fr Yep, it's a dev build! Not officially released yet, but if you wanted to play with it you have some options, postmarketOS KDE nightly repo, plasma-bigscreen-git on AUR, or building yourself with kde-builder

@Anachron@fosstodon.org Yep, it is a Home Assistant Yellow!
Replying to
@Anachron@fosstodon.org It's pretty nice! A mini PC would probably be the better value (especially since I went with a Pi CM5), but the Yellow looks nicer imo and I get to support the HA devs.
I've messed with HA voice a bit... It would be cool to get that integrated into Bigscreen somehow 😶🌫️
