@esqueer@mastodon.social mastodon.social especially tends to get overloaded. (And has a reputation of not being moderated proactively.) I migrated my account to a smaller instance. It was surprisingly easy.

@dansinker@omfg.town Yes but the only way we can ALL enjoy it without feeling like a hassle is if there is good moderation. Some of us don't have the privilege to walk into a room and assume everyone will respect us.
