Usual caveats (not peer reviewed and the metric is a bit ad hoc) but it is interesting to see that models with more parameters tend to generate more misinformation.
Anybody else looking at the NSF AI Institutes call (https://www.nsf.gov/pubs/2023/nsf23610/nsf23610.htm) and thinking that "Strengthening AI" should mean "effective democratic governance and accountability"? Cannot lead PI but would be interested in joining forces.
