I don't think most Germans understand how it feels to be a noncitizen right now, when every party across the spectrum is falling over backwards to be the first to deport us.

The right is pretty open about their colonial mindset, but the left is more insidious. While the right will flat out shout Ausländer Raus, leftists will cover their Eurocentrism in denial by accusing you not of failing to integrate, but of being uneducated, inconsiderate, problematic, antisemitic, islamist, campist, macker, fake feminist, toxic etc., whenever you don't buy into Euro sensitivities. Since there's no way to say "no this isn't abusive" without incriminating yourself before the gossip courts, it's no wonder the left bubbles fail to reach immigrants and refugees. I've had people who identify as anarchists flat out tell me that my culture should be eradicated because it's problematic, and so many other words to call you a barbarian but like, in a way that's cloaked in leftie discourse. If I had an euro for every time a leftist accused me or someone I know of "playing the immigrant card" because they pointed out assimilatory colonialism, I'd have enough money to pay an immigration lawyer

Reposting upon demand:

People around me are all like, "after this election we really have to mobilise for the protest against the AfD Parteitag in Essen". I really fail to see what good can come out of that whatsoever.

Here's some things I would like to see more energy being dedicated to, than the neverending and entirely pointless plenum-demo cycle:

- Organize Signal groups for each city to report on sightings of nazis and call for help in case of attacks, with people who are willing to put their bodies in danger to help others (kudos to Dortmund antifa for doing this already; I respect the need for safety but you should find ways to let people outside the cliques call for help too; so should everyone everywhere; there has to be a "helpline" kind of channel, because the danger of being beaten to death on streets is bigger than the danger of police informants; I've been targeted by nazis 3 times the past 2 years.)

I think the reason European states backstab their citizens who fight against the Islamic State and arrest them upon return, isn't that they're opposed to supporting the freedom guerillas per se, but that they're terrified of the day when people realise that war doesn't have to be owned by the State; that people can just organise their own armies and fight against fascisms and for liberation; that the AANES armies are stateless, and people from different nationatities flock to them not for pay or college funds or high school recruiters, but simply because that's the right thing to do.

There is no elimination of the State without dismantling the monopoly of the State on violence, including tactical, communal violence. Tinginî ketîye herdera / Hop şer e, şer e, şer e.

This kalpa sucks ass but at least it gives me an easy litmus test for "leftists":

1. Do you believe Russia is unambiguously the wrong side?
2. Do you believe Israel is unambiguously the wrong side?
3. Do you believe in sex worker self-determination?

Then when someone answers "yes" to all 3 I know they can be my comrades, and if they answer "no" to any of them--or, even worse, "yeah but"--then I know where to expect to be thrown under the bus. (Broadly: people who answer "no" to 1 will finance dictators currently bombing your friends, and will themselves send the People's Revolutionary Secret Police to disappear you the instant they sit in power; people who answer "no" to 2 have unexamined colonial supremacy feelings that will pop up whenever they deal with Global Southerners; people who answer "no" to 3 are affected by terf-swerf essentialist mindrot, are disgusted at your body for being hypersexual/kinky/making porn, and will happily get your girlfriends deported to allegedly "'save them from sex trafficking")

a movement's explicit support for thieves, prisoners, sexual deviants, undocumented immigrants, squatters, and sex workers is a precondition for me to trust it in any way.

> We abhor war, which is always fratricidal and damaging, and we want a liberating social revolution; we deplore strife between peoples and champion the fight against the ruling classes. But if, by some misfortune, a clash were to erupt between one people and another, we stand with the people that are defending their independence.

> When Austrian soldiery were trawling the plains of Lombardy and Franz Josef’s gallows were going up in the town squares of Italy, the Italians’ revolt against the Austrian tyrant was noble and holy. Now that today’s Italy invades another country and Victor Emmanuel’s infamous gallows are being erected and put to work in the marketplace in Tripoli, it is the Arabs’ revolt against the Italian tyrant that is noble and holy.

> For the sake of Italy’s honor, we hope that the Italian people, having come to its senses, will force a withdrawal from Africa upon its government: if not, we hope that the Arabs may succeed in driving it out.

my support of Rojava is critical support, with my main criticisms being the cult of personality around Öcalan and the dangers of nationalism and hierarchisation. my support of EZLN is critical for the same reasons.

of the two, I simpathise with the EZLN more because the leader figure is stated to be explicitly a fiction, has done a better job of undermining his own authority at least in theory, and generally has a theory that is more acommodating of different modes of governance. the Zapatistas I talked to are more like, "this is what worked for us, you do your thing"—a world that contains many worlds. my Apoist friends are more like, Rêber Apo's Democratic Confederalism is *the* one solution for the world.

in both cases I maintain support because I've witnessed resistance to authoritarian tendencies within the movement itself. in both cases I am unambiguously and materially supportive of their armed resistance to nearby powers, which is 100% justified.

participants of either revolution can counter my criticisms by pointing that it's easy for me to maintain ideological purity when I still participate in and benefit from my privileges in the capitalist system, while they're, like, at least actually fighting, building, trying; and they're correct.

You want my position statement? Here's my position fucking statement. Anarchy for life, anarchy until death, I'll go down fighting before compromising, no bending knees, no to any authority, the ends never justify the means, all governments have only the right to be abolished, death to all those who stand in the way of freedom.

* pro-Solidarity Collectives / Eastern European anarchists
* anti-Israeli occupation
* no bothsides-ism re: Putin, Zionism, colonialism
* anti-government / anti-authoritarian / police abolitionist
* pro-self-determination of sex workers

are there even any groups or collectives left in Germany that align explicitly with these positions? honest question.

I wonder what happens when the fascists figure out they can make any leftist group here readily implode overnight by throwing the equivalent of the tē kallistē apple into a plenum, except instead of "to the most beautiful" you just have to write "to the most unproblematic".

If you have the stomach for a tragedy film I urge you to watch Zielona granica ("Green Border", 2023), on the current situation of the Belarus/Poland refugee abuse zone.

This is what they are trying to set up at the Egyptian border for the Palestinians who manage to survive the Israeli attempt at ethnic cleansing; this is what they want to set up in the USA/Mexico border; this is the UK goal with Rwanda; this is what the laws to criminalise sea rescuers aim at with the Mediterranean.

I expect borders and immigration to be *the* issue of the climate catastrophe age, and the high-tech genocide of Palestinians to be the opening salvo. There won't be space for half-measures and fence-sitting; we all will have to pick our sides, either you fight for open borders--open for all, for people you don't like, for Muslims, ex-cons, sex workers, so-called "economic immigrants"--or you will be complicit in the horror, hoarding the illusion of normalcy watered with the blood that runs down razor wire.

autonomist: A longstanding tradition for independent action groups. Rooted in New Left intersectionalism and anarchist concepts like the affinity group and propaganda of the deed, but often divorced from anarchist theory and more devoted to punctual causes. A group professing to be "autonome" is rejecting centralised chains of command. See https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autonome

demo: short for "demonstration". A street protest, typically a peaceful march with slogans and posters.

Küfa: Küche für alle, "cooking for all". Community kitchens. An event where volunteers offer free meals to all interested; or a structure dedicated to such events.

Macker: macho guy; man who hasn't overcome toxic masculinity.

mate: yerba mate—not the original ground herb but as fizzy, caffeinated soft drink. misteriously ubiquitous in the left scene.

plenum: plenary, assembly. a group meeting to plan and discuss actions. often boring.

OAT: Offenes Antifa Treffen, "open antifa meetings". Events to interact with the public and recruit new blood.

repro: "reproductive labour", i.e. not to create products, but to keep things running. the type of work traditionally left for women and servants: cleaning, cooking, carework, daily planning… "The Macker talk big about communism but no one offers for repro."

> Extra-European Anarchism would contextualize violence as an appropriate part of the human experience. Currently violence is a problem. Not due to the violence that people are capable of inflicting on each other but due to the monopolization of violence by the state. Humans are capable of violence; capable of, interested in, repulsed by, and affected by violence. An Extra-European Anarchism would not attempt to channel violence into a specifically socially mandated form (like sports) but integrate violence into living in a way that both demystifies and spiritualizes the pain that we can inflict upon ourselves and others.
