Since the upcoming #hacktoberfest seems to become #sloptoberfest (see https://hacktoberfest.com), I had an idea: what if there was a community organized counter point from the @Codeberg@social.anoxinon.de users? It could be called #hacktoberg or something like that.

There are banger music tracks, that just instantly raise the mood and make you lean into. And then there are those that leave you standing on a balcony on a summer evening with tears in your eyes, almost not able to move because of all the feels they conjure. And you maybe didn’t even know that this particular track was able to do this to you.
I just listened again to “Orbital - Halcyon + on + on” from the “Hackers” soundtrack and I am so thrown back to an incredible age of wonder and discovery, which made me the person I’m today.

I love going down the nostalgic route when it comes to music. So also today, where „the algorithm“ steered me down memory lane. To a time where bands put out albums that started with a brick truck track right in front of your face. So now i’m listening to Asian Dub Foundation – Tank with the title track on mostly repeat, because it’s SO. FUCKING. RAW.
