Retro game reviews, hardware, and editorials since 1998. Founded by two teenagers at a lunch table who thought gaming coverage had gone soft. Recovering a 28-year archive and publishing it properly. Four editorial series. No sponsors. No advertisers. No scores adjusted for access. Just the games and what we actually think. pocg.net #retrogaming #gaming #retro

Devwill, a 2017 Brazilian PC platformer, has been rebuilt as a proper Sega Master System game. Physical cartridge August 5 via LMS Retro, hand-drawn manual (no AI), stop-motion trailer. Black-and-white silent-film golem story, for a 40-year-old console that never stopped. https://pocg.net/news/devwill-master-system-cartridge-2026/ #SegaMasterSystem #RetroGaming #Homebrew

I remember the cheap LCD handhelds of the '90s. Tiger Electronics, movie tie-ins, the works. The gameplay was always some variation of "move left, avoid thing, repeat," but they were weirdly hypnotic. Which one did you have? I want to hear the most obscure, terrible LCD gem you obsessed over. #LCDGames #RetroGaming #TigerElectronics #HandheldHistory
