@fromtibo@mastodon.social there may be a third way 👀 I respectfully think the non-LG icon looks a bit flat and doesn’t fully do justice to the work you’ve put into it. If the LG treatment isn’t your thing, maybe consider adding some depth—like subtle drop shadows—and a circular gradient in the background to give the surface more of a dome-like feel? Just my 2 cents :)

@fromtibo@mastodon.social the dome-thing was really big on iOS 18, but I think still applies to 26. Independent of LG, checkout how the BG gradient on the App Store app makes it look like its surface is slightly curved.
